The Altitude X Series includes the eFIRE Remote App, which uses Bluetooth technology to let you control the fireplace from your mobile device. A heat-circulating blower with variable speed and thermostatic control also comes included, giving you convenient, full-featured control over your fireplace experience.

The Altitude X offers a wide range of personalization options, including a choice of up to eight decorative fronts, five decorative brick panel kits (such as MIRRO-FLAME Porcelain Reflective Radiant Panels and Black Illusion Glass), and three premium hand-painted log set styles including driftwood, oak, and birch. The clean-faced, minimalist design also supports various trim and surround options to match your home's décor.

Napoleon Altitude gas fireplaces are backed by a President's Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering key components such as the combustion chamber, stainless steel burner, logs, and ceramic glass against thermal breakage. During the first 10 years, Napoleon will replace or repair defective covered parts free of charge; from year 10 onwards, replacement parts are provided at 50% of current retail price.
