Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We at Electric Fireplaces USA want your online shopping experience to be simple, enjoyable, and successful. Our website is available 24/7 with an easy-to-use ordering process. We process orders as quickly as possible, often within 1-2 business days. Some orders may be processed the same day, while special orders or backordered items may require additional processing time.

Any delivery estimates provided are only estimates. Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier network issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that we may contact you for additional information before processing your order.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Processing & Shipping Methods

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.
  • Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Larger purchases and freight shipments may require additional processing time.
  • Once an order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.

Standard Shipping (Small Packages - UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • Delivery Type: 6-7 Business Days

LTL Freight (Large Items)

  • Cost: Free
  • Delivery Type: 6-7 Business Days

LTL Freight Shipments (For Large Items)

  • Freight shipping times may take longer than standard shipping due to carrier scheduling and delivery logistics.
  • Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified.
  • Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off time.

IMPORTANT:

Please inspect your freight delivery before signing for it. If the shipment is damaged, reject the delivery and contact us immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

If you have multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers if they ship separately.

If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@electricfireplacesusa.com.

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@electricfireplacesusa.com or call (877) 429-3322.

Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email or phone.

If we do not receive a response within two business days, the out-of-stock portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

If your order has already shipped, refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.

Shipping Delays & Issues

Unexpected Delays

If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us so we can resolve any issues within our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage.

After 5 days following delivery confirmation, we cannot process damage claims.
