It features a two-stage heating output of 750 and 1,500 watts, giving you flexibility depending on how much warmth you need. It is not intended to heat an entire house — just the room you're using.

  • Yes — the Napoleon Stylus can be operated in flame-only mode, meaning you can enjoy the visual ambiance of the flames year-round without activating the heater. This makes it a great decorative focal point even during warmer months. The flame display runs independently of the heating function.

  • The Stylus offers four flame color settings — orange, yellow, blue, and multi-color — along with five brightness levels and adjustable flame speed (dynamic or calm). The ember bed adds even more customization with six color lighting options, or unlimited colors via the Napoleon Home App on the Cara Elite model. This combination gives you a wide range of personalized ambiance settings.

  • No special wiring is required for most setups — the Stylus is designed for simple wall-mount installation, similar to hanging a picture. You can either plug it into a standard wall outlet using the included 6-foot cord (with a paintable cord cover to hide it) or opt to hard-wire the unit. The kit comes ready to use straight out of the box.

  • Yes, the Stylus Cara Elite (model NEFP32-5019W-IOT) supports smart home integration via the Napoleon Home App over WiFi. Voice control integration lets you connect it with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for hands-free convenience. Through the app, you can also control flame color, ember bed settings, heat levels, set schedules, and save your favorite ambiance presets.
