All necessary accessories and hardware for installation are included in the box.

  • The Bio Flame 38-Inch Smart Ethanol Burner outputs approximately 27,000 BTU (7.9 kW/h) and can heat an average of over 970 square feet (93 m²) indoors. Because the unit is completely ventless, 100% of the heat generated stays in the room rather than being lost through a flue or chimney. A minimum room size of 250 sq. ft. per burner is recommended for safe operation.

  • The Bio Flame 38-Inch Smart Burner can be controlled via a handheld remote, TheBioFlame smartphone app, or voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Home. It offers 6 heat settings, giving you precise control over flame size and heat output from anywhere in the room. Note that electricity is required for the SMART features to function.

  • All Bio Flame Smart Burners come with an industry-leading 5-year parts and labor warranty, which begins on the date of purchase; items deemed unrepairable will be replaced with the same or a similar model. The burner is UL Listed in accordance with ANSI/UL1370 in the USA and also complies with the ACCC Safety Mandate for Australia. Additionally, the SMART burner includes built-in safety sensors that detect carbon dioxide levels, overheating, and other malfunctions, automatically shutting off the unit if anomalies are detected.

  • The unit should only be filled to approximately 2/3 of its capacity (roughly 6.5 liters), which can burn for up to 18–21 hours depending on the heat setting selected. Using the provided funnel, carefully pour bio-ethanol fuel into the reservoir until visible in the opening, then remove the funnel before igniting. Only bio-ethanol fuel should be used — the burner is 20–30% more fuel-efficient than competing models, and the fuel produces no smoke, soot, or toxic fumes.
