It cannot be installed as a replacement in a direct vent fireplace or insert, and should not be used in any fireplace not approved for vent-free gas logs or in cities/municipalities that prohibit them. Always check local building codes before purchasing.

  • The Foothill Oak is available in three sizes: 18", 24", and 30". Experts recommend measuring the inside of your fireplace rather than basing your choice on your existing log measurements, since different log styles and burner systems have different sizing requirements — for example, you might fit a 24" set in the same fireplace where another style only fits an 18".

  • The G19A Series burner paired with the Foothill Oak delivers variable BTU ratings ranging from 23,000 to 40,000 BTUs depending on the size selected (18"/20", 24", or 30"). This makes it a capable supplemental zone heater for most living spaces, and because it is vent-free, nearly all of that heat stays in the room.

  • The complete set includes a G-19A Vent-Free Gas Burner, a custom grate, a connector kit, glowing embers, lava granules, a remote control kit (On/Off or variable flame), a damper clamp, a decorative heat shield, and a user's manual. Note that the burner will not work without the Foothill Oak log set, which is required and sold separately.

  • Real Fyre's vent-free warranty covers the ceramic refractory gas logs for as long as you own them (lifetime), the vent-free burner assembly for 10 years, and all valves, pilots, and electronic controls for 1 year. Professional installation is required for all vent-free products, and using a carbon monoxide detector is also recommended.
