Because it is a vent-free appliance, the BTU output allowed indoors is governed by the formula: room Length x Width x Height x 20 = maximum permitted BTUs, so buyers must verify their room size meets this threshold before purchase.

  • No — fire glass is required but sold separately and must be purchased in addition to the burner set. The G21 18-inch see-through burner requires approximately 10 lbs of decorative media, and it is compatible with Real Fyre Fyre Glass (available in 8 non-reflective and 7 reflective colors), Fyre Gems (9 colors), and Diamond Nuggets (7 colors). Mixing media from other brands is not recommended, as it may affect performance and void the warranty.
