  • The Baxter Mantel installs using a ledger board (hanger board) system — a ledger board, hardware kit, shelf assembly, and user's manual are all included in the box. The ledger board is secured to wall studs, and the shelf slides over and locks onto it; heat clearance requirements from your specific firebox must be observed during installation to avoid voiding the warranty.

  • The Baxter is part of Majestic's Signature Series and is designed to fit over built-in units from SimpliFire, Majestic, and Monessen brands. Compatible fireplace families include models such as Majestic Meridian, Quartz, Marquis II, Ruby, Sovereign, Jade, and SimpliFire 30"/36" Built-In Electric, among others — always verify your specific model number against the compatibility list before ordering.

  • The Baxter Mantel is backed by Hearth & Home Technologies' (HHT) limited warranty, which covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture. If covered components are found defective during the warranty period, HHT will, at its option, repair or replace them — the warranty is only valid when the product is purchased through an authorized HHT dealer.
