  • The top and base mantel pieces are sold separately and must be added to the cart individually. If you want a complete look, you need to select and purchase both the top mantel and the base mantel as two distinct items. Both pieces are available in the same five finish options so they can be matched perfectly.

  • There are five finish options available: Cherry, Dark Oak, Oak, Unfinished Hardwood, and White. The mantels are made from furniture-grade oak or poplar and are hand-sprayed and hand-rubbed to provide maximum durability and a uniform finish. Each mantel component is finished by the same craftsman using the same batch of finish to ensure a consistent look.

  • The mantel base measures approximately 47 7/8" W x 2 1/2" H x 30 1/8" D, while the mantel top measures approximately 47 7/8" W x 8 1/8" H x 30 1/8" D. These compact dimensions are designed to neatly enclose the 36-inch Vail Peninsula 3-sided firebox without requiring significant additional floor space.

  • The Vail Peninsula fireplace system carries a limited lifetime parts warranty on the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, and factory-installed glass, and a three-year limited parts warranty on all other components. Remote controls, thermostats, and accessories carry a one-year limited warranty. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable, and all warranty repairs must be performed by a qualified gas appliance technician.
