The Amantii electric flame pattern is also capable of functioning independently from the Optimyst system, meaning you can enjoy the visual ambiance of the liner and flames year-round with the heater completely off.

  • The Amantii Signature Series carries a 2-year warranty on the Amantii electric fireplace unit itself, plus a separate 2-year warranty provided by Dimplex covering the Optimyst cassette. Note that the warranty is voided by use of unauthorized components, improper installation, or modifications not performed by Amantii or its authorized service representatives, so ensure all accessories — including the liner — are genuine Amantii parts.

  • Most authorized retailers require that returns be requested within 30 days of delivery, with items shipped back within 14 days of approval, and panels must be unused, unassembled, and in their original intact packaging. Shipping costs — both outbound and return — are typically deducted from the refund, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the item's condition.
